OCBC Singapore offers an internship in Group Operations & Technology – Trade Finance Operations (Structured Trade Middle Office). You will gain hands-on exposure to how technology supports complex trade financing transactions and assist in testing, system readiness, and deployment activities.

As an intern, you’ll contribute to transformation initiatives while building practical experience in testing, QA lifecycle, and operations across trade finance systems.

Responsabilités

• Test Planning & Stakeholder Alignment with PMs and IT stakeholders.
• Test Design & Development for UAT and regression tests from an operations user perspective.
• Test Execution & Analysis with IT partners to resolve defects.
• Defect Management & Reporting using JIRA and status updates.
• System Testing & Troubleshooting across trade finance systems.
• Documentation & Training material preparation for end users.
• Ad-hoc support for project and testing-related tasks.
