Job summary

OCBC Bank seeks a QA tester for Trade Finance Operations, focusing on designing and executing UAT and regression tests across multiple platforms. You will collaborate with product, IT, and vendors to ensure high-quality production rollouts and timely defect resolutions.

The role requires 1–3 years in testing or QA, strong communication, and the ability to manage several projects in a fast-paced environment. This is an office-based contract role at Tampines with potential workload fluctuations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in testing or quality assurance
• Fresh graduates with strong interest are welcome
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; attention to detail
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, adaptable and able to work independently

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product management, project management and IT stakeholders to understand the project and testing objectives
• Design and develop comprehensive UAT/regression test conditions, scenarios, and scripts for business and technical use cases
• Manually execute and analyze UAT/regression results and coordinate defect resolution with IT partners
• Use JIRA for test tracking and perform positive and negative testing across Trade Finance systems
• Troubleshoot issues with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and drive resolution
• Document, track, and escalate defects; provide regular testing status reports
• Prepare system training materials for end users
• Review functional specifications to ensure quality and usability for Trade Finance operations
