Equiptest Engineering Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a QA Technician to uphold quality standards and support precision engineering processes. You will perform FA/NPI inspections, in-process and outgoing checks, and review reports to ensure conformance.

The role requires attention to detail, mechanical drawing interpretation, and proficiency with measuring instruments; a rotating shift is included. Walking distance from Ubi MRT, salary up to SGD 2,700 with OT and allowances; AWS, VB, and Group

Formación

• Minimum Higher Nitec/ Diploma in Engineering fields.
• Minimum 3 years in QA/QC of precision engineering.
• Proficiency in Nikon VMR/OGP/CMM programming.
• Interpreting mechanical drawings.
• Use of caliper, micrometer, profile projector.
• Basic MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsabilidades

As a QA Technician, you’ll be an integral part of our quality assurance process, ensuring our products meet the standards of excellence.

Job Description

• Perform Failure Analysis (FA) and New Product Introduction (NPI) inspection.

• Perform in-process, in-coming, subcon parts and out-going (Form Fit Function) inspections.

• Review and compile in-process and out-going report.

• Communicate with the Machinist on the inspection results and recommend improvements.

• Reverse Engineering.

Requirements

• Minimum Higher Nitec/ Diploma in any Engineering field (Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics)

• Minimum 3 years of experience in QA or QC of precision engineering industry. Candidates without prior experience but who hold a relevant technical diploma or coursework may also be considered.

• Proficiency in Nikon VMR Smart Scope Programming/ OGP Smart Scope Programming/ CMM Programming.

• Good interpreting of mechanical drawings.

• Able to use measuring instruments like caliper, micrometer and profile projector.

• Basic knowledge on Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
