Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Associate Quality Engineer to perform routine QC inspections on incoming parts and materials, and to conduct precise dimensional measurements using calipers, micrometers, CMM and optical inspection systems.

You will record and maintain inspection data, NCRs, and traceability in QC databases, interpret drawings and GD&T, and collaborate with manufacturing to ensure product quality.

Qualifications

• NITEC or Diploma in Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of QC/QA inspection experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T.

About the job Associate Quality Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine QC inspections on incoming parts and materials.
• Conduct dimensional measurements using tools such as callipers, micrometers, CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), and optical inspection systems.
• Record and maintain inspection data, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and traceability documentation in QC databases.

Requirements:

• NITEC / Diploma Certificate in Engineering related field.
• 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in QC / QA inspection for equipment parts/materials.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and product specifications.
• Familiar with measurement instruments such as CMM and Smart scope.
• Good communication skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent documentation discipline.
