Qualifications

Degree in Mechanical Engineering
7–10 years of relevant experience
Experience in QA/QC management in mechanical engineering

Responsibilities

Responsible for efficient management of QA/QC department.
Supervision of a small team of QC inspector, engineer and admin assistant.
Assign QC Inspector to each project.
Ensure timely submission of QC documents including MDR.
Involvement in operation matter such as problem solving etc.
Training of QA/QC personnel.
Process development in welding technology.
Ensure QC manual is updated with the codes.
Monitor and control the implementation of QA system by the relevant departments.
Conduct internal audit on QA system annually and follow up on rectifications required by department concerned.
Ensure proper control, issue and implementation of QA manual.
Update and revision of QA manual where necessary.
Responsible for renewal of ASME certification.
Responsible for renewal of OHSAS 18000 and ISO 14000 certification.
Any adhoc assignment assigned by General Manager.
