CHINA HARBOUR (SINGAPORE) ENGINEERING COMPANY PTE. LTD. is seeking a QA/QC Engineer to monitor and implement the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with QMS requirements and conducting site inspections and material testing.

The role requires a minimum degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, 5 years of experience, and knowledge of ISO9001:2015 and auditing, with strong communication and English language skills. Welding inspector qualification is advantageous.

Qualifications

Minimum degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
5 years related works experience.
Knowledge in ISO9001:2015 and Auditing.
Good communication skills.
Good command of English.
Qualified Welding Inspector is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Monitor and implement the Quality Management System, including Project Quality Plan and procedures.
Ensure works quality is in accordance with established QMS, method statements, ITP, procedures, specifications and contract requirements.
Conduct inspection and checking of materials and works activities on site and off site.
Submit inspection request forms (IRF) to client representatives and attend laboratory testing.
Prepare and conduct site inspections.
Ensure all testing on site is in accordance with specification, ITP and contract requirements.
Conduct inspections and checks on materials and works, recording all inspection records and reports.
Carry out ad-hoc duties as required by management.
