Job summary

CHINA HARBOUR (SINGAPORE) ENGINEERING COMPANY PTE. LTD. is seeking a QA/QC professional to develop and monitor quality plans, perform site inspections, and manage project documentation.

The role requires strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and experience with PQPs and ITPs, as well as data analysis and reporting skills. The candidate will coordinate with project managers, engineers, clients, and inspectors to ensure compliance with project specs and standards, contributing to successful project

Qualifications

• Good understanding of ISO 9001 requirements and implementation.
• Experience with document control processes and electronic data storage.
• Ability to prepare Project Quality Plans (PQPs) and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs).
• Strong report writing and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor quality plans for projects; perform site inspections; review materials/workmanship; witness testing (NDT); raise NCRs.
• Analyze quality data; support investigations; ensure adherence to procedures; verify calibrated equipment.
• Manage, store, track, and distribute all project documents (drawings, reports, certificates).
• Prepare transmittals and quality reports for clients/auditors; support quality audits.
• Liaise with project managers, Construction Managers, engineers, clients, and third-party inspectors.
