Job summary

Doodle Labs is seeking a QA Manager to architect and scale a company-wide Quality Management System spanning hardware, software, CM, NPI, and customer support. You will build and lead a high-performance QA team, drive KPI-based process ownership, and reduce RMAs and field escapes while ensuring software release governance and cybersecurity considerations.

You will partner with engineering, NPI, and sales to embed quality as a strategic enabler and accelerate delivery without compromising

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading QA for hardware and embedded software.
• Experience building or scaling a QMS with audits and KPIs.
• Experience leading QA teams and defining KPIs.
• Familiarity with CAPA, 8D, 5-Why, fishbone, FMEA.
• Experience overseeing CM quality audits and acceptance criteria.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity/compliance considerations.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable QMS across HW, SW, CM, NPI and support.
• Build and lead QA team with clear KPIs and reporting cadence.
• Reduce RMAs and field defects through structured CAPA programs.
• Establish software QA and release governance in the SDLC.
• Embed quality as a partnering function across orgs.
