Job summary

encora technologies pte. ltd. is seeking a Senior Test & Quality Assurance Manager to lead QA across SDLC processes (Waterfall and Agile) and multiple testing phases.

You will manage test scope, risks, and stakeholder expectations, coordinating with Delivery Managers to define test scenarios and ensure on-time release. The role focuses on improving defect detection, enforcing security and quality checkpoints, and driving continuous improvement in testing practices within a multi-platform

Qualifications

• Experience leading QA teams in complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of QA lifecycle, processes and metrics.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and cost efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee test scope management and ensure quality across release cycles.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and Delivery Managers for test planning and sign-off.
• Conduct pre-testing readiness activities and test environment setup across phases.
• Manage defects, risks and issues with transparent reporting to PSC.
• Lead end-to-end test executions and document results and logs.
