NTS Singapore seeks a QA Lead (CSG) to drive quality excellence across sheet metal and related manufacturing. You will manage a team of Quality Engineers and QA/QC Inspectors, serving as the primary quality representative for key customers and ensuring timely resolution of quality escalations.
You will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Procurement, and Suppliers to strengthen supplier quality, reduce defects, and drive CAPA effectiveness via PFMEA, 8D, and SPC methodologies while
Formación
- Bachelor degree in mechanical-related field with strong quality background.
- Hands-on experience in sheet metal fabrication and machining.
- Experience leading Quality Engineers and QA teams.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality tools (8D, 5 Why, PFMEA, CP/CPK).
Responsabilidades
- Lead a team of Quality Engineers and QA/QC Inspectors across customer programs.
- Act as primary quality interface for customers; manage escalations.
- Lead investigations with containment, root-cause analysis, and CAPA.
- Improve supplier quality, process controls, and quality KPIs.
