Job summary

StarHub in Singapore is looking for an AM, Quality Assurance to lead efforts in quality assurance and automation. You will enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the QA team while reducing production issues and improving the quality of software releases.

The ideal candidate will have experience in shift-left testing, guiding QA practices, and designing automated testing frameworks. This role will also involve mentoring junior QA team members and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure high standards of quality.

Qualifications

• Experience with shift-left testing practices and early development quality practices.
• Mentoring or guiding QA team members with some team leadership experience.
• Experience in designing automated test frameworks.
