StarHub in Singapore is seeking a Dev-QA Engineer (CRM) to ensure the reliability and quality of CRM platforms. The role includes designing automated test cases, performing integration testing, and collaborating with developers on QA frameworks.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and 3–6+ years in QA, preferably within CRM or telecom environments, with strong API testing and automation experience.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of experience in QA / Dev-QA roles, preferably in CRM or telco environments.
• Experience with Agile / DevOps methodologies.
• Familiarity with middleware platforms.

Responsabilités

• Design and maintain automated and manual test cases for CRM systems.
• Perform integration testing across multiple platforms.
• Develop and execute API testing for CRM services.
