Job summary

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and 3–6+ years in QA, preferably within CRM or telecom environments, with strong API testing and automation experience.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of experience in QA / Dev-QA roles, preferably in CRM or telco environments.
• Experience with Agile / DevOps methodologies.
• Familiarity with middleware platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated and manual test cases for CRM systems.
• Perform integration testing across multiple platforms.
• Develop and execute API testing for CRM services.
