QA ENGINEER (Variable bonus)

Job summary

Stigious Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to lead the full spectrum of the company’s quality standards. You will issue, maintain and file QA reports (8D, IQC, MRB) and ensure proper QA record-keeping.

You will liaison with Production and Purchasing/Supply Chain on quality issues, drive timely closure of QA issues, implement corrective actions for NCR/CAR, and participate in annual ISO and UL audits.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Electronics Engineering.
• 3–5 years of working experience in a semiconductor industry.
• Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001.
• Knowledge of UL508A, Semi F47 and Semi S2 would be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of QAD ERP system would be an added advantage.
• Resourceful and able to work independently; good at problem solving, negotiating and communicating.
• Result-oriented.
• Team player.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full spectrum of the company’s quality standards.
• Issue, maintain and file QA reports (e.g., 8D report, IQC report, MRB report).
• Ensure maintenance of proper QA records.
• Liaise with Production Team on quality issues (e.g. UAI parts).
• Liaise with Purchasing/Supply Chain Team on vendors MRB.
• Ensure timely closure and response of all QA issues.
• Ensure effective corrective action taken for all NCR/CAR issued.
• Follow up with vendors on corrective action for rejected parts.
• On-site audit at vendor’s location when required.
• Conduct FA inspections and ensure all relevant FAI/test reports are provided.
• Issue, maintain and file FAI and test reports.
• Maintain and upkeep Quality Management System and Quality System Procedure per ISO9001.
• Participate in Annual ISO Audits.
• Participate in UL Audits.
• Prepare QA reports for management review.

Requirements:
