Job summary

NEXadept is seeking a Test Engineer to own QA for internal B2B web systems, focusing on functional testing, test efficiency, system reliability, user experience, and process optimization.

You will work with Product and Engineering to identify issues early, improve testing processes, and ensure high-quality product delivery across the platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience in B2B Web application testing with hands-on project experience.
• Solid understanding of black-box testing methodologies and ability to design test cases from requirements.
• Familiar with mind-mapping or test design tools and capable of producing clear test docs.
• Hands-on experience with test management, API testing, and automation testing tools.
• Basic knowledge of MySQL/Redis or similar databases with data validation skills.
• Basic scripting/programming skills (Python or similar) for testing or efficiency improvements.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to identify potential issues early, improve testing processes, and ensure high-quality product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of testing for internal B2B web applications, covering functional completeness, system performance, availability, compatibility, and front-end user experience.
• Analyze product requirements and design comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on business requirements and user workflows.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, compatibility, and basic performance testing to ensure product quality before release.
• Identify, document, track, and follow up on defects, working closely with developers and product teams to drive issues to resolution.
• Prepare clear and structured test reports, summarizing test results, risks, defects, and release readiness.
• Participate in product requirement and interaction reviews, providing quality and user-experience feedback from a testing perspective.
• Continuously optimize testing processes, methodologies, and tools to improve testing efficiency and overall engineering productivity.
• Explore and introduce appropriate testing tools and automation approaches to reduce repetitive manual testing and improve test coverage.
• Contribute to the improvement of testing standards, documentation, and best practices across the team.

Requirements
