By applying for our job opportunities, you’re joining a strategic effort to enhance Singapore’s Precision Engineering landscape. We are looking for Technician / Assistant Service Engineer / Service Engineer. Title will be offer based on relevant experience or education.

Responsibilities

• Perform QC inspections on incoming, WIP and outgoing parts in accordance with work instructions
• Follow up on non-conformance quality issues
• Prepare and file QC Inspection reports
• To develop and prepare Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) to meet project and QMS requirements
• To support project/ production manager on identifying control points and conduct Quality assessment, reviews and inspection to ensure quality objectives and requirements are met.
• To perform internal/quality system audits to ensure that the quality management system is being practiced and follow-up on the resolution of non-conformance issues/ findings
• To support on vendor qualification/ audits and liaise with operation, procurement and vendor to resolve quality issues
• Participate in quality improvement activities including reviewing of company processes and initiating process improvement program
• Participate in internal / Customer Acceptance Test to ensure that project/product requirements are being validated in accordance with the specified environment and criteria
• Coordinate, manage and maintain ISO900 and TS16949 Quality Management System

Requirements

• Min. Nitec in Engineering or equivalent
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in similar role
• Good understanding of quality principles, internal business systems and processes and etc
• Must be able to read fabrication drawings
• Familiarity in Dimensional Control/Check, precision parts and injection-molded parts checks is an added advantage.
• Quality knowledge (ISO9001:2015) is an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
