Job summary

PAP Community Foundation in Singapore is seeking an experienced EC educator/coach to provide administrative and logistics support for QA specialists in training-related matters. You will help implement division initiatives, maintain licensing and SPARK assessment records, and coach teachers on quality teaching to ensure high-quality learning environments.

You will observe lessons, give feedback, audit SPARKLETOTS centres, and report findings with recommendations.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor in Education/ECE or higher.
• At least 3 years of teaching experience in EC settings with mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and logistics support to QA specialists on training-related matters.
• Participate in the implementation of projects/initiatives within the division.
• Organise and maintain records of Licensing and SPARK Assessment / Developmental Visit Outcomes.
• Coach teachers on quality teaching and learning approaches and provision of quality learning environments.
• Observe lesson implementation by teachers and provide feedback for improvement.
• Follow-up on coaching reports prepared by QA Coaches/Specialists.
• Conduct audit across PCF SPARKLETOTS Preschools for consistent implementation.
• Furnish centres with reports on audit findings and recommendations.
• Follow-up with centres on rectification actions.
• Support centres in achieving the organisation's KPIs.
• Carry out strategies to refine processes for division/unit/centre level KPIs.
• Participate in cross-teams or cross-divisional projects.
• Any other duties assigned by Reporting Officer or HoD.
