Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Centre Quality Assurance Officer to monitor operations against QA standards and regulatory guidelines.

You will conduct audits, identify gaps, and work with centre leaders to implement corrective actions, SPARK QRS-U and ECDA Act compliance.

The role focuses on fostering a safe, developmental environment for children and ensuring consistent practices across all centres.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate centre operations to meet QA standards.
• Conduct regular audits covering regulatory compliance and high-risk areas.
• Identify improvement areas to strengthen early childhood quality.
• Monitor centres’ adherence to corporate identity and guidelines.
• Promote practices that support safe, nurturing environments.
• Escalate significant issues to management promptly.
• Provide follow-up on identified areas requiring improvement.
• Maintain knowledge of ECDA Act and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarize with SPARK QRS-U quality rating scale.
• Review centres’ compliance with regulatory standards.
• Identify gaps and develop action plans with stakeholders.
• Monitor progress against licensing and SPARK requirements.
• Oversee corrective action plans from audits and reviews.
• Work with Principals and staff to implement actions on time.
• Review effectiveness of corrective actions and improve.
• Support teams to strengthen operational effectiveness while ensuring quality.
• Promote consistent policy implementation across centres.
• Provide guidance on process or compliance gaps.
