Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a QA Assistant Manager in Singapore to oversee QAQC operations, maintain manuals, and manage certifications. The role requires leading a team, coordinating audits, and ensuring compliance across product safety standards.

You will supervise QAQC staff, ensure GMP practices, and interact with certification authorities to maintain quality compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Food Science or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of leadership experience.
• FSSC Certification and Food Safety Certification Level 3 is a must.
• Understanding of HACCP principles.

Responsibilities

• Supervise QAQC personnel and departmental operations.
• Maintain QAQC manuals, procedures, forms and process flow diagrams.
• Manage certification renewals (FSSC, Healthier Choice, Vegan and other relevant certifications).
• Conduct GMP internal audits, management reviews and follow up on audit findings.
• Oversee non-conforming goods, product label approvals and export documentation.
• Handle export health certificates, registration and technical requirements.
• Monitor departmental KPIs, budget and staff timesheets.
• Represent QAQC in operational meetings and certification/authority audits.
