Revup Proservices Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced procurement professional to manage daily purchasing, supplier sourcing and PO processing.

You will negotiate terms, coordinate with internal teams and suppliers, maintain records and drive cost-saving improvements across procurement processes.

Qualifikationen

• Relevant experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain operations.
• Experience in supplier sourcing, quotation comparison and purchase order processing.
• Good negotiation, communication and vendor management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple purchasing requirements.

Aufgaben

• Handle daily procurement and purchasing activities, ensuring materials, products and services are sourced in a timely manner.
• Source and evaluate suppliers, obtain quotations and conduct price comparisons to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Prepare, process and monitor Purchase Orders (POs) and procurement documentation.
• Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, delivery schedules and purchasing terms.
• Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of required materials.
• Monitor outstanding orders, follow up on delivery status and resolve purchasing-related issues.
• Maintain accurate supplier records, purchasing documentation and procurement reports.
• Support cost-saving initiatives and improvements to procurement processes.
