REVUP PROSERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Procurement Executive to advance beyond routine purchasing and manage end-to-end procurement for equipment-related projects.

You will source suppliers, evaluate quotations, prepare cost comparisons and coordinate deliveries to support project execution. The role offers permanent, full-time employment with AWS and a salary up to S$4,000 per month. Ideal candidates have experience in procurement for equipment, engineering, construction or similar projects

Qualifikationen

• Prior experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing or a related function.
• Experience in equipment, engineering, construction, M&E or project-based procurement would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with RFQs, supplier quotations, costing and purchase order processing.

Aufgaben

• Source and evaluate suppliers for commercial kitchen equipment, machinery and project-related materials.
• Prepare and review BOQ, quotations and procurement requirements for tenders and project proposals.
• Obtain supplier quotations, conduct price comparisons and negotiate competitive pricing and terms.
• Prepare equipment costing, including procurement costs and proposed selling prices.
• Issue and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely procurement.
• Coordinate freight arrangements, shipment schedules and deliveries with suppliers and internal teams.
• Monitor inventory availability, procurement timelines and outstanding orders.
• Work closely with Sales and other stakeholders to ensure equipment specifications, project requirements and delivery schedules are met.

We are hiring a Procurement Executive to join an established company specialising in commercial kitchen and foodservice equipment solutions.

In this role, you will be involved in end-to-end procurement for equipment-related projects, from sourcing suppliers and evaluating quotations to preparing cost comparisons, coordinating purchases and ensuring timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ), quotations and procurement requirements for tenders and project proposals.

• Obtain supplier quotations, conduct price comparisons and negotiate competitive pricing and terms.

• Prepare equipment costing, including procurement costs and proposed selling prices.

• Issue and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely procurement.

Requirements

• Ability to interpret equipment specifications and coordinate procurement requirements.

• Good communication, negotiation and organisational skills.

• Detail-oriented, resourceful and comfortable managing multiple procurement requirements.
