The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator to manage day-to-day procurement, supplier liaison, and shipment coordination at our Singapore office near Pioneer MRT.

You will monitor both inbound and outbound shipments, coordinate delivery schedules, and prepare export documents while maintaining accurate records. The role requires on-site presence with on-call duties when necessary, supporting daily purchasing and logistics operations.

Competenze

• Experience in purchasing, logistics, shipping / supply chain operations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics NAV accounting software is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Process purchase orders and liaise with suppliers.
• Monitor incoming shipments from local and overseas suppliers.
• Monitor outgoing shipments and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and logistics arrangements.
• Prepare export shipping documents according to destination country requirements and country of origin regulations.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and customers.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and shipping documents.
• Support daily purchasing and logistics operations.
