Job summary

REALTECH ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a procurement professional in Singapore to source suppliers, negotiate terms, and generate POs. You will monitor purchasing reports and coordinate with the project team and vendors for timely deliveries.

Ideal candidates have a degree or diploma in supply chain, procurement, or construction, plus familiarity with construction materials. Independent, reliable, and self-motivated work ethic is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in supply chain management, procurement or construction, engineering.
• Familiar with construction material and specification would be an advantage.
• Construction working experiences without purchasing experience also welcome.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Responsible and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Source potential suppliers in line with specification.
• Communicate and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
• Generate and verify Purchase Orders (PO).
• Monitor and prepare purchasing related reports.
• Coordinate with Project Team and Suppliers for technical clarifications.
• Coordinate with Project Team for urgent purchases.
• Process orders and ensure timely delivery from vendors.
• Sort, match and verify Delivery Orders against Sales Invoices or PO.
• Data entry - key in Delivery Orders and Purchase Invoices.
• Maintain proper records of all purchases.

• To source potential suppliers in line with specification

• To coordinate with Project Team for any urgent purchase
• To process order and ensure timely delivery from the vendor
• Sorting, matching and verifying all incoming Delivery Orders against Sales Invoices or PO
• Data Entry- Key in Delivery Orders/Purchase Invoices
• To maintain proper record of all purchases

Other Information:

Degree or Diploma in supply chain management, procurement or construction, engineering.

Familiar with construction material and specification would be an advantage.

Construction working experiences without purchasing experience also welcome.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.
