BOON ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a procurement professional to manage the sourcing and purchasing of construction materials and equipment in Singapore. You will negotiate with local and overseas vendors, maintain supplier relationships, and ensure timely delivery of orders.

The role requires strong attention to detail, multi-tasking abilities, and knowledge of construction materials. Working hours are Monday to Saturday with standard office timings in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement for construction materials and equipment.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple procurement tasks efficiently and accurately.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and process purchase requisitions and orders promptly.
• Source, negotiate, and procure construction materials and equipment from local and overseas vendors.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships for timely delivery and pricing.
• Verify quotations and ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Maintain updated supplier pricing records and generate reports for decisions.
• Process invoices and related procurement documents.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and industry regulations.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Department Head.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders in a timely manner.
• Source, negotiate, and procure construction materials, machinery, and equipment from local and overseas vendors.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and competitive pricing.
• Verify quotations to ensure accuracy and alignment with project/site requirements.
• Maintain updated pricing records from suppliers and provide relevant reports for purchasing decisions.
• Process invoices, debit notes, and other procurement-related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and industry regulations.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Department Head.

Requirements:

• Preferred: Singaporean or Permanent Resident (PR).
• Strong negotiation and sourcing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to manage multiple procurement tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of construction materials and equipment is advantageous.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8 AM - 5 PM
• Saturday: 8 AM - 12 PM
