Job summary

Advance Technic Pte Ltd is seeking a procurement and project operations support role to help streamline purchasing, supplier sourcing, and logistics for workshop projects in Singapore.

You will create purchase orders, compare supplier quotes, manage delivery schedules, and update job costing while tracking manpower and coordinating training to ensure accurate records and smooth workflow.

Responsibilities

• Create purchase orders promptly upon approval and instruction to support procurement processes
• Source and compare supplier quotes to obtain competitive pricing for required items
• Coordinate delivery schedules to ensure timely and smooth receipt of materials at the workshop
• Update job costing records accurately to reflect project expenses and budgets
• Record daily manpower data from WhatsApp and reconcile with project time logs for accuracy
• Verify diesel top-up records from drivers via WhatsApp and submit compiled data to Accounts
• Arrange and coordinate training sessions for workers to maintain skill development
• Collaborate effectively with office team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently
