Oneness M&C Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a procurement professional to source, evaluate, and purchase MEP materials for New Build and A&A projects.
You will obtain quotations, negotiate with suppliers, issue POs, and coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery while maintaining procurement records.

Source, evaluate, and purchase MEP materials, equipment, and services for New Build and A&A projects. Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve cost-effective purchases. Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely procurement of materials.

Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely procurement of materials
Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, QS, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery to site
Monitor material delivery schedules and resolve any supply or delivery issues
Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and identify new vendors when required
Ensure purchased materials comply with project specifications and company requirements
Track order status and maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
Assist in cost control and monitor procurement budgets
Support inventory planning and material forecasting where required
About you
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Supply Chain, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of purchasing/procurement experience in the Construction or M&E industry
Experience handling procurement for MEP projects, New Build, and/or A&A projects
Familiar with construction materials, M&E products, and supplier management
Able to source materials, compare quotations, and negotiate effectively with suppliers
Good knowledge of procurement procedures and purchasing documentation
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP/procurement systems is an advantage
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
Able to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
