Job summary

Oneness Holdings Singapore seeks a proactive Purchasing/Procurement professional to source, evaluate, and procure M&E materials and services for projects. You will obtain quotations, negotiate pricing and delivery terms, and issue purchase orders to keep procurement on track.

You'll coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Site Teams to ensure timely deliveries, monitor supplier performance, and perform cost analyses to support budget control in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Higher NITEC or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of purchasing or procurement experience in construction or M&E.
• Experience purchasing M&E materials preferred.
• Good knowledge of M&E products, suppliers, and local market.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with good organisational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and purchase M&E materials, equipment, and services in accordance with project requirements.
• Obtain quotations from suppliers and negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
• Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely procurement of materials.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Site Teams to ensure materials are delivered on schedule.
• Follow up with suppliers on order status, deliveries, and any discrepancies.
• Maintain good relationships with existing suppliers and identify new sourcing opportunities.
• Compare quotations and prepare cost analysis for management review.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment when required.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
