Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is hiring for a purchasing role in Singapore. The position focuses on sourcing spare parts and consumables, managing inventory, and ensuring supplier quality and timely deliveries.

The candidate will negotiate terms, process POs, and maintain records while aligning with ISO 9001:2015 standards. Working location is Gul Circle, Mon-Fri, 8am-6pm.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sourcing and purchasing spare parts and consumables requested by Engineers.
• Manage store inventory and ensure sufficient stock levels to support daily operations.
• Ensure the quality and compliance of all products supplied to the company.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and credit terms with suppliers to achieve cost efficiency.
• Process purchase orders and monitor delivery timelines to ensure on-time supply.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers to secure competitive pricing and reliable service.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and prepare monthly reports for management review.
• Conduct supplier evaluations and audits to ensure performance and compliance standards.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001:2015 quality management system requirements.

Education
