Process Innovation Technology SE Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a procurement professional to manage material planning based on forecasts and purchase orders in Singapore. You will monitor stock levels, place and track orders to ensure timely delivery, and liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors to align delivery schedules.

You will also prepare documents for accounts payable, coordinate with warehouse and production teams, and conduct yearly supplier performance reviews.

Responsabilidades

• Material planning based on forecast and PO provided
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
• Collate purchase orders and issue PO to procure materials, goods, tools, packaging material, etc.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Negotiate with suppliers for best price, payment and delivery terms
• Liaise with Sub Contractor for size conversions and delivery schedule
• Prepare documents (e.g., acknowledge PO / Proforma Invoice or Invoice) to Account Department
• Coordinate with warehouse staff / production on delivery schedule
• Daily receive incoming goods in system
• Yearly supplier performance review

• Track orders and ensure timely delivery

• Liaise with Sub Contractor for converting sizes and delivery schedule
• Prepared documents (eg. acknowledge PO / Performa Invoice or Invoice) to Account Department to prepare cheque / TT payment.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff / production on delivery schedule & etc.
• Daily receive incoming goods in system
• Yearly supplier performance review
