Job summary

Yamari Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks a proactive planner to manage BOMs in line with engineering drawings and project specs, and to develop production schedules that meet customer delivery commitments.

You will monitor production progress, coordinate with Store and Purchasing to ensure material availability and timely POs/ETAs, and generate PRs to support production. Close collaboration with Sales will ensure accurate delivery and DO issuance.

• Develop and monitor production planning schedules to meet delivery timelines.
• Monitor production progress and adjust planning for urgent orders or disruptions.
• Coordinate with Storekeeper to control inventory levels and ensure material availability.
• Review and verify material withdrawal records for accuracy and traceability.
• Coordinate with Purchasing to issue POs and track supplier ETAs.
• Generate PRs for materials, components and tooling to support production.
• Liaise with Production to ensure smooth workflow per customer specifications.
• Coordinate with Sales on delivery arrangements and issue DOs for timely shipments.

Job description

Prepare and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM) in accordance with engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project requirements.

Develop and monitor production planning schedules to ensure customer delivery timelines and shipment commitments are met.

Monitor production progress and adjust planning schedules to accommodate urgent orders or unexpected disruptions.

Work closely with the Storekeeper to monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring adequate material availability for production while minimizing excess stock.

Review and verify material withdrawal records to ensure accuracy, traceability, and proper inventory control.

Coordinate closelywith the purchasing team to monitor material procurement and tooling delivery schedules, ensure Purchase Orders (PO) are issued in a timely manner, and obtain suppliers’ Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA).

Generate Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for materials, components, and tooling in a timely manner to support production requirements.

Liaise closely with the production team to address operational issues and ensure smooth production flow in accordance with customer specifications.

Monitor in-house material inventory and proactively issue additional stock to production, including allocating in-house manufactured items when production faces job shortages, to maintain uninterrupted workflow.

Coordinate with the sales team on customer delivery arrangements, prepare Delivery Orders (DO), and ensure shipments are dispatched to the correct delivery addresses in a timely manner.
