Job summary

NTT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks an ICT Operations Support Engineer to drive the takeover and steady-state management of COMET, StellarNet, COMET Mobile and related services, ensuring continuity across stakeholders and funding visibility.

You will coordinate service improvements, security-conscious operating models, and handover processes for different user populations, while maintaining governance documentation and action tracking.

Qualifications

• Experience in public-sector or large-enterprise ICT environments.
• 8+ years' experience with WOG shared services or vendor-managed ICT services.
• Working knowledge of Government / SAF ICT operating context is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Operations, Funding and Service Management: Review IT processes, manage subscriptions, billing, cost recovery and funding interfaces, and maintain operational visibility.
• TSM Operations and Continuity: Coordinate day-to-day activities, track staffing, funding, security clearances and transition plans.
• COMET Mobile and Device Operations: Oversee procurement, device mapping, onboarding, replacement and entitlement records.
• Service Flexibility and Security Controls: Explore differentiated operating models and assess proportionate security controls for different user groups.
• Governance, Documentation and Improvement: Maintain trackers, SOPs, process flows and identify gaps for improvements.
