Job summary

APBA TG Human Resource Pte Ltd is seeking a Procurement Executive on a 1-year contract in Singapore. The role focuses on end-to-end procurement processes and contract administration for a large public sector organisation while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

You will collaborate with the Assistant Director and internal stakeholders to deliver timely procurement activities, maintain documentation, and support audits and reviews throughout the contract lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Singapore Citizen.
• Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in procurement, contract management, purchasing or a related field.
• Experience in public sector procurement will be an advantage.
• Proficient in GeBIZ software.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor contract status and provide support in contract administration.
• Review documentation for contract establishment, renewal and variation.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and specifications.
• Support the evaluation and review of procurement specifications and evaluation reports.
• Assist in determining appropriate procurement modes and facilitating procurement activities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of procurement processes.
• Prepare materials and documentation for quarterly contract review meetings.
• Draft meeting minutes and maintain proper contract documentation.
• Support internal and external audits by ensuring accurate and complete records.
• Monitor outstanding Purchase Orders and follow up with relevant stakeholders.
• Support payment performance monitoring and financial year-end closing activities.
• Perform other procurement and contract-related duties as required.
