Job summary
Xtremax Pte. Ltd. is seeking a driven Business Analyst to join a Singapore Government project.
You will collaborate with government stakeholders to shape digital solutions, document requirements, and ensure value delivery through Agile delivery. This role emphasizes stakeholder management, UAT support, and end-to-end software delivery. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in IT/digital projects, experience in workshops, user stories, and design tools like Figma.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital projects.
- End-to-end experience delivering and maintaining software.
- Experience in requirements gathering, workshop, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodology.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with wireframing and design tools such as Figma.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse stakeholder needs, translate to deliverables.
- Document user stories, functional specs, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyse processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
- Create wireframes to visualise websites and applications.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA testers to ensure delivery.
- Support UAT and address issues before release.
