Job summary

RICH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY is seeking a Public Relations professional to plan and oversee the PR programme for the project. You will handle public enquiries and feedback, coordinating with residents, consultants, and authorities to mitigate issues arising from construction activities.

You will also manage public communications, work with contractors to address complaints, and maintain orderly records while providing administrative support as needed.

Qualifications

• GCE O/A Level with 5 years of public relations experience, preferably in building trade.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the Public Relation programme for the project.
• Handle enquiries and feedback pertaining to the project, working closely with residents, consultants and authorities and mitigate complaints arising from construction activities.
• Deal with requests and complaints from the public.
• Be in-charge of and responsible for internal and external publication and communications.
• Work closely with all contractors and take proactive measures to mitigate complaints arising from construction activities.
• Filing and maintaining up-to-date file records for quick retrieval.
• Provide administrative support and other ad-hoc tasks as required.

• Dealing with requests and complaints from the public
• Overall in-charge and responsible for the internal and external publication and communication issue
• Working closely with all contractors and take proactive measures in mitigating all complaints arising from the construction activities
• Filing and maintain up-to-date file records to enable quick retrieval
• Provide administrative support assistance and other ad-hoc jobs if required

Job Requirements:

• GCE 'O'/'A' Level with 5 years of public relations experience, preferably in building trade
