Job summary

Thai Bistro & Bar in Singapore is seeking a hands-on manager to lead a dynamic team in a busy, fast-paced venue. The role covers hiring, training, and supervising bartenders and waiters, with a focus on smooth operations from 6pm to 3am.

The successful candidate will oversee inventory, procurement, and daily shop openings/closings while ensuring safety and sanitation compliance. Bonuses and extra incentives are highlighted as part of the compensation package, along with career progression

• Managing inventory

• Implement strategies for improved work performance
• Managers may also be in charge of developing revenue opportunities for the company, such as recruiting talent or running promotions. Managers often work evenings, weekends, and holidays. The environment is usually loud and fast-paced.
