Synapxe is seeking an intern to contribute to healthcare IT implementations in Singapore. You will gain exposure to SDLC/Agile environments, project management, testing, and go-live operations within a real healthcare setting.

You will assist in coordinating activities, engaging stakeholders, and performing testing, documentation, and post-implementation support for PHIs, with opportunities to grow in Go-Live readiness and deployment processes.

Qualifications

• Final-year diploma student pursuing Information Technology, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or related disciplines.
• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) or Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate projects and engage stakeholders.
• Support workshops, discussions, and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders.
• Assist in coordinating project activities and tracking action items.
• Testing & Quality Assurance
• Assist in preparing test scripts and test scenarios
• Participate in functional testing, defect tracking, retesting, and validation activities
• Go-Live Preparation & Support
• Assist in validating documentation and project deliverables prior to implementation
• Post-Implementation Support
• Work with users and support teams to investigate and troubleshoot issues
• Assist in post go-live activities, issue tracking, and project closure documentation
• Interns will be required to travel to Public Healthcare Institutions (PHIs) as part of the role.
