Job summary

Synapxe is offering an internship to gain hands-on experience in healthcare IT operations and workplace technologies across Singapore’s public healthcare ecosystem, including Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (KTPH) and Yishun Community Hospital (YCH). You will work on real IT projects, deployments, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives, with exposure to ServiceNow and dashboard development.

Selected interns will contribute to infrastructure projects, asset deployment, analytics, and knowledge

Qualifications

• Final-year diploma student pursuing Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, Infocomm Technology, or related disciplines.
• Interest in IT infrastructure, endpoint technologies, and healthcare systems.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications and basic data analysis concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively in a team.
• Independent, fast-learner, and self-driven.
• Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Passionate and keen to make a difference to re‑imagine the future of HealthTech.

Responsibilities

• Assist with infra projects and technology operations.
• Support healthcare infrastructure and workplace technology initiatives.
• Contribute to IT asset deployment, device setup, testing, and readiness activities.
• Participate in project coordination, documentation, and implementation support.
• Assist analytics and service improvement initiatives.
• Analyse ServiceNow tickets and operational data to identify trends.
• Support dashboard development and operational reporting.
• Contribute to service enhancement and digital transformation efforts.
• Maintain and improve internal dashboards, user guides, and knowledge resources.
• Support process improvements to enhance user experience and service delivery.
