Job summary

Synapxe is offering an internship opportunity in Singapore to gain hands-on experience in IT operations, user support, endpoint management, and device deployment within Singapore’s public healthcare ecosystem.

You will assist with troubleshooting, system health checks, software installation, asset tracking, and IT projects, while collaborating with infrastructure and operations teams to drive improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Final-year diploma student pursuing Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Familiarity with IT troubleshooting, endpoint management, or IT service operations is advantageous.
• Exposure to Microsoft 365, device management, or IT support tools is a plus.

Gain hands-on experience supporting workplace technologies and enterprise IT services in Singapore's public healthcare ecosystem. You will assist with endpoint management, IT support, device deployment, and technology improvement initiatives while working closely with infrastructure and operations teams.

The Selected Intern(s) Will Assist In The Following

• IT Operations & User Support
• Support daily IT operations and end-user computing services
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving user-reported IT issues
• Perform system health checks and operational support activities
• Endpoint & Device Management
• Assist with endpoint and device deployment activities
• Support software installation, application deployment, and configuration tasks
• Participate in asset tracking and device lifecycle management
• IT Projects & Process Improvement
• Support IT integration and workplace technology projects
• Assist in testing, documentation, and process improvement initiatives
• Contribute to service enhancement and operational excellence activities
• Build practical experience in workplace technology, device management, and IT operations while supporting enterprise systems used across Singapore's public healthcare sector

About You

• Final-year diploma student pursuing Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines
• Basic understanding of Windows operating systems, computer hardware, and networking concepts
• Familiarity with IT troubleshooting, endpoint management, or IT service operations is advantageous
• Exposure to Microsoft 365, device management, or IT support tools is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn new technologies and processes
• Interested in workplace technologies, IT infrastructure, and enterprise operations
• Independent, fast-learner, and self-driven
• Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
