Job summary

You will work with project teams on business analysis, testing, deployment, and UAT, developing documentation and operational materials. This hands-on program emphasizes learning, independence, and multidisciplinary teamwork, with opportunities to grow through real-world impact.

Qualifications

• Final-year diploma student pursuing Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related disciplines.
• Basic understanding of IT systems, system architecture, networking, or firewall concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to learn independently.
• Interested in project management, business analysis, and healthcare technology.

Responsibilities

• Support requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and business process documentation activities
• Assist in project coordination, including meeting scheduling, action tracking, and progress monitoring
• Participate in system verification and validation activities, including hardware setup, system configuration, testing, and deployment support
• Support the onboarding and implementation of SHS 1Q and SSS solutions across healthcare institutions
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and verification of issue resolutions
• Prepare meeting minutes, project documentation, user guides, and operational materials
