You will recruit, train, schedule, and coach staff, maintain service standards, and ensure compliance with liquor regulations and safety requirements. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in hospitality management, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in pub/bar/restaurant/hospitality management.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day pub operations.
• Manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance.
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate stock ordering.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety, and policies.
• Handle cash, sales reporting and daily reconciliation.
• Plan and execute promotions, events, and marketing activities.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and operational standards.
• Achieve sales targets and maximise profitability.
