Job summary

Merci Marcel in Singapore is looking for a part-time front-of-house team member to greet guests, take orders, and serve food and wine with a friendly, attentive approach. You will support the restaurant team in delivering an outstanding guest experience across multiple outlets in Telok Ayer, Orchard, Great World City, and East Coast.

We offer SGD 14–15 per hour for 25–30 hours weekly with at least one weekend available.

What you will do:

• Greeting customers, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude, including advising guests on menu and wine choices.


• Communicating effectively with team members and management.


• Preparing the table set up for service.


• Maintaining operational areas to exceed guest’s cleanliness, comfort and convenience expectations.


• Handling guests concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problem.
