Job summary

NCS Group is expanding its AI-focused technology services in Singapore, seeking a Business Analyst capable of translating business needs into clear requirements and overseeing end-to-end delivery across product, technical, and delivery teams.

You will gather requirements, run workshops, map processes, and coordinate UAT to ensure solutions meet business outcomes. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder skills are essential, with exposure to AI/digital projects considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, systems analysis, product delivery, or digital transformation projects.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, process mapping, user-story writing, and UAT coordination.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements, system requirements, workflows, acceptance criteria, and documentation.
• Excellent analytical, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively between business and technical teams.
• Exposure to digital, data, automation, AI, or enterprise business systems projects would be an added advantage.
• Degree or Diploma in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Digital Technology, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse requirements by engaging stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, processes and desired outcomes.
• Translate business needs into clear documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, workflows and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and process mapping to define current-state and future-state processes, identify gaps and support solution alignment.
• Work closely with product, technical and delivery teams to clarify requirements, support solution design and ensure deliverables meet business expectations.
• Coordinate UAT and delivery support, including test scenario preparation, issue tracking, business validation, go-live readiness and post-implementation support.
