Job summary

DIRECT SEARCH ASIA PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Sales & Service Coordinator in Singapore to support sales and after-sales operations for marine engines. You will coordinate inquiries, quotes, spare parts orders, field service activities, and service engineers to ensure timely maintenance and repair projects.

The role requires 2–4 years in sales/service coordination within the maritime industry and a diploma or degree in marine/mechanical or related fields. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marine Engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales/service coordination in maritime industry.
• Experience with marine engines, propulsion, or marine equipment preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Fresh graduates welcome with relevant background.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and follow up on quotations for spare parts and service.
• Process orders and coordinate fulfilment from enquiry to delivery.
• Coordinate field service attendance and vessel attendance.
• Prepare delivery orders, invoices, and service reports.
• Support monthly sales and service reporting.
