Job summary

Sanli Environmental Limited is seeking a proactive Bid Proposal / Tender Engineer to drive tendering and pre-contract activities in the M&E sector. You will coordinate with internal teams to align proposal strategies with client expectations and project objectives, and you will prepare detailed bid proposals, BOQs, and cost analyses.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in Contracts Management, Electrical Quantity Surveying, or Project Management, with a diploma in Electrical Engineering or

Qualifications

• Experience in contracts management, tendering, and pre-contract activities.
• Ability to prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and pricing structures for bids.
• Strong understanding of M&E scopes and risk mitigation in bidding.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and post-tender clarifications.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align proposal strategies with client expectations.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive bid proposals, including rate analysis and BOQ.
• Review and analyze commercial and technical requirements of tender documents.
• Conduct accurate quantity take-offs, cost estimations, and budget planning for M&E scopes.
• Prepare detailed cost breakdowns and pricing structures for management review and client submission.
• Participate in negotiation and finalization of contract terms with clients and subcontractors.
• Prepare and submit RFQ packages and commercial/technical proposal presentations.

This position plays a key role in tendering and pre-contract activities, focusing on the preparation of competitive proposals, thorough evaluation of contract requirements, and the integration of commercial, technical, and execution strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Represent the company in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and post-tender clarifications.

Requirement:

• Min 3 years of experience in Contracts Management, Electrical Quantity Surveying, or Project Management in the M&E industry
• Min Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Contracts Management or equivalent
• Proficient in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and technical documentation in compliance with tender requirements
