Job summary

SMART PROPERTY MANAGEMENT (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Transition Coordinator to support the takeover and handover of condominium/property management accounts. You will coordinate with MCSTs, Managing Agents, site teams and vendors to ensure all operational, administrative and documentation matters are completed on time.

You will maintain transition checklists, conduct site inspections and brief the incoming team to ensure a smooth handover across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management/Managing Agent/MCST industry preferred.
• Good coordination, communication and follow-up skills.
• Organised, meticulous and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Willing to travel to different sites when required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate takeover and handover of property management accounts.
• Liaise with MCSTs, outgoing Managing Agents, site teams and vendors during transitions.
• Coordinate transfer of documents, records, assets, contracts and related information.
• Conduct site inspections and follow up on outstanding matters.
• Maintain transition checklists and trackers to ensure timely completion.
• Support and brief the incoming site team for a smooth transition.
• Assist with other transition-related duties as required.
