Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield Singapore is seeking a Transition Coordinator to support complex transition and transformation projects. You will assist in responding to RFPs, help design and program manage transition protocols, and prepare detailed project plans to track tasks and milestones.

You will identify risks, support delivery, and coordinate with clients, consultants and internal teams to ensure on-time, high-quality outputs while upholding Cushman & Wakefield's standards as a leading real estate

Qualifications

Diploma or NITEC in Facilities Management, Engineering, Real Estate or related discipline.
2–3 years in facilities management or related field.
Strong PM and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Proactive, detail-oriented with analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Assist in responding to RFPs for transition and transformation services.
Assist in design, development, and program management of transition protocols and processes.
Prepare detailed project plans to manage transition activities and benchmarks.
Identify risks and help develop mitigation strategies.
Support delivery of transition and transformation activities.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
