Job summary

The Transition & Transformation Coordinator in Singapore will assist in mobilising, transitioning and transforming facilities management assignments for Cushman & Wakefield across client engagements.

You'll support design and development, create detailed project plans, manage risks and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver value and achieve project milestones within the engagement timelines.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ NITEC in Facilities Management, Engineering, Real Estate, Project Management, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Assist in responding to RFPs related to transition and transformation services.
• Assist in preparing, design, develop, program management of transition and transformation protocols, processes and outcomes.
• Assist in the preparation of detailed project plans and programs to benchmark Transition and Transformation activities down to individual task and activity level and to manage performance against these plans once approved / ratified for execution, and;
• Identify potential risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies;
• Assist with the delivery of the transition and transformation activities;
• Manage personal inputs, priorities and outputs as needed to meet deadlines and delivery dates per agreed schedule and program, and;
• Constantly deliver high quality, accurate and value rich outputs according to expectation of the manager, and;
• Undertake other related duties and responsibilities as may from time to time be negotiated and assigned by the manager, and;
• Continuously represent Cushman & Wakefield, both internally and externally, as a qualified, capable and experienced real estate, workplace and facilities management services provider.
