Job summary

CapitaLand Commercial Management Pte Ltd is seeking a Building/Facilities Manager to oversee a team delivering preventive maintenance, inspections, and project coordination across assigned buildings. You will manage contractors, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain operation manuals.

The role emphasizes strong communication, timely execution of tasks, and collaboration with external parties to support CapitaLand's asset management objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong building knowledge and experience in building management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Admin Assistant and Technicians.
• Plan and implement preventive maintenance works at buildings as assigned.
• Attend site inspections and liaise with contractors on maintenance and renovation works.
• Handover and takeover of premises, manage A&A works and ensure compliance with permits and government requirements.
• Manage contractors’ performance, raise work orders, certify completion, and handle contract administration.
