EDMUND TIE & COMPANY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Facilities Manager responsible for the estate's building maintenance, leading the maintenance team, and supervising M&E technicians and contractors to ensure smooth daily operations.

You will conduct regular inspections, coordinate with security, cleaners, and vendors, handle renovation plans, and ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and client requirements.

Formación

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Estate/Facilities Management.
• 5–6 years of hands-on post-graduate experience in facilities management.
• Experience managing buildings, condominiums, hospitality, or office/commercial space.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Fully responsible for the building maintenance of the estate/complex/building.
• Heads the building maintenance team of the estate/complex/building.
• Supervise M&E Technicians/Handymen; plan their duty roster.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure smooth operation of all M&E plants (air-con, lighting, toilets, fire protection).
• Supervise all term/M&E contractors engaged for clients.
• Liaise with contractors on management and repair of defects in the building/estate.
• Attend to all subsidiary proprietors' and occupiers' complaints.
• Troubleshoot, repair and rectify defects or faults not solvable by Technicians/Handymen.
• Assist in recruitment or interviewing of Technicians/Handymen.
• Update and report daily to the Condo Manager on important issues.
• Recommend preventive maintenance and repair works.
