Job summary

C&P Group of Companies is seeking an on-site Facilities Support role to help manage day-to-day property operations, including M&E and fire safety systems. You will conduct inspections, coordinate contractors and monitor maintenance schedules in a busy building environment.

The ideal candidate has hands-on maintenance willingness, good communication, and the ability to work independently while maintaining records and safety compliance. Training will be provided for entry-level applicants.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in property, building or facilities management/maintenance preferred.
• Willing to perform basic hands-on maintenance and minor repair works.
• Able to work independently and respond promptly to operational issues.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day property operations and maintenance, including M&E and fire safety systems.
• Conduct regular building inspections, identify defects and coordinate rectification.
• Monitor preventive maintenance and servicing schedules.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors and service providers.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations for maintenance and repair works.
• Monitor fire safety, WSH and site safety requirements.
• Maintain maintenance records, service reports, warranties and schedules.
• Conduct monthly utility meter readings and monitor consumption.
• Prepare weekly property maintenance and operational reports.
• Carry out basic hands-on maintenance and minor repair works when required.
• Perform other duties and assignments as directed by Management or the immediate Supervisor.
