Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Technician to support operation, troubleshooting, diagnostics, housekeeping, and repairs across commercial properties. You will handle building systems, equipment, and grounds, ensuring safe, compliant operations.

The role requires hands-on maintenance, basic computing skills, and reliable performance across shift operations. A valid driver’s license and willingness to work overtime may be required to address priority situations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 2+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting.
• Technical, vocational, or on-the-job training in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems (machinery, plumbing, roofs, HVAC, pumps, valves, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic devices).
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Replace and repair building finishes (ceiling tiles, hardware, wallpaper) and perform painting as needed.
• Troubleshoot, evaluate, and recommend maintenance improvements and cost savings.
• Use tools and equipment safely and maintain them properly.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and customer service requests.
